| StyroCrete
™ is a specially formulated, high strength cement and
polymer mix from the USA. It's designed to be used as a hard coating
over expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) architectural design shapes and
building trim. Typical applications include interior and exterior
retrofit architectural and building components (i.e. crown moldings,
columns, bandings, cornices, balusters, banisters, window arches,
and door trim), signage, theater stage props, movie props, trade
show displays, landscape molds, foam letters, etc.
StyroCrete™ is a high strength
polymer cement mix designed to be used with StyroCrete Polymer
Concentrate as a coating over polystyrene (EPS) foam trim molding,
letters or panels, either interior or exterior. It will increase the
integrity and add strength and durability to the surface of any
Styrofoam shape. It may be painted after complete drying. Drying
time is about 12 hours in normal room temperature. |

To Apply:
StyroCrete can be easily applied with either an
undercoating gun (pressurized or siphon fed) or using a drywall
texturing hopper gun for interior or exterior surface applications.
StyroCrete will bond directly to polystyrene (EPS) foam shapes and
architectural components which have been generally produced using
hot wire EPS foam cutters.
 For
Styrocrete we recommend Voylet FR-300
hopper coating gun. FR-300 is mainly used for outside wall spraying
and priming. Can be used with masonry, textured paints & textile
wall coatings, on medium size surface. FR-300 Air Texture Hopper Cup
Gun can be used for large volume spraying work also. FR-300 spray
gun is an excellent air hopper gun, with 5.5 liter capacity aluminum
hopper and gun body, and the needle used copper, we give 3 needles
(4, 6 and 8 mm size) with it. The 4.0 mm & 6.0 mm nozzle are
suitable for medium viscosity materials, 8.0 mm nozzle is suitable
for high viscosity materials. The size of drop is controlled by
means of the air regulator, which can be fitted in the air inlet on
the gun body. Air inlet 8.0 mm hose connection.
For this gun you need about 4-8 bar and big production capacity
tank.
