NeoLam 1650/C - 2050/C, 1100/S - 1650/S laminators

Easy of use: Media thickness adjustment via keyboard and relevant visualization on the display. Easy loading and positioning of the material. Motorized winding of the material protecting the upper coil. Oscillating feeding table to facilitate the loading of the material. Heated upper roller: 45°C for cold lamination (NEOLAM series /C), up to 120°C for hot lamination (NEOLAM series /S). Simplified adjustment of the film tensioning device.

Excellent performances: Temperature of the upper roller settable with the keyboard and relevant visualization on the display 0/45°C (NEOLAM series /C) 0 to 120°C (NEOLAM series /S). Feeding rollers, diameter 100 mm. Rollers speed electronically adjusted with the keyboard and relevant visualization on the display.

Safety: Pedal control for hands free operation. Global safety system with emergency stop and optical safety protection, featuring a self check system. Display and signalling in case of abnormalities. CE Certification.

Other features: Small size, carriage provided with swivelling wheels featuring a locking system. Silent mechanical operation.

Ease of Use: Thickness is shown on the display and is modified using the keyboard.
Simple loading and positioning of material. Automatic take-up of adhesive protector from upper roll. Removable introduction table to facilitate loading of film. Laminating film tension adjustment through the clutch. Upper and lower rollers heated: 45°C (113° F) for cold lamination. up to 120°C (248° F) for hot encapsulation.

Excellent Features: Upper and lower roll temperature settable with the keyboard and relevant visualization on the display. 0/45°C (113° F) (cold lamination) and from 0 to 120° C (248° F) (hot encapsulation). Silicon roll diameter 100mm. Speed adjustment direct from keyboard.

Security: Food-pedal for hands-free use. General security with emergency on/off and protection by means of optical sensors. Errors or problems are indicated on the display and with in-built alarms. CE certified.

Ease of Use: Material Thickness visible on the display and controlled directly from the keyboard. Very simple loading and positioning of the material. Motor-driven winding of the material protecting the upper roll. Working table can swing down to enable easy loading of the material. On "cold" side, upper roll heated to 45°C degrees. On "hot" side, both rolls heated with infra red lamp from 0 to 120°C degrees. with possibility to heat one roll at a time. Easy to control the tension of the film.

Extras that make the difference: 2 keyboards on either side of the machine. Rolls temperature visible on display. Speed visible on display and controlled from keyboard.
