Details

A simple method to cut aluminum composite panels (ACP) is scoring and snapping with the help of Dibond kit's knife and the straight CIAK Professional ruler. After the cut, knock down the cut edge with the deburring tool of the Dibond kit.

You can cut hard materials, like Dibond or forex, with the Dibond cutting tool. It's easy to replace the universal cutting blade with the special Dibond knife.

The CIAK Dibond Kit includes a burr handle. The deburring tool is a good solution for removing burrs from alubond, metal, acryl, forex sheets. After cutting sheets you can deburr sharp edges.

Tips & tricks: How to cut ACP?

For cleaner cuts, higher workloads, or thicker panels, we recommend the CIAK BOMBER electric cutting machine or the GLADIUM cutter with the REBEL circular saw option.
