A 14 teeth per inch (TPI) V-Tooth blade is the most common size for foam cutting. Lower tooth density (TPI) means more aggressive cutting, which is ideal for dense, rigid foam materials. Conversely, higher tooth density indicates finer teeth and provides a smoother cut, preventing soft and delicate materials from tearing or getting damaged.
