MCut BASIC CNC Router w higher gantry + Bornemann
The popular MCut BASIC 3-axis CNC router with gantry height increase and Bornemann hollow cutter tool for suction milling of foamed plastics (eg. polystyrene foam, styrofoam, polyurethane).
The Bornemann milling tool is often used to make large molds that are used in the production of composite laminates.
The Bornemann cutter itself works in the same way as other cutters designed for EPS foam. The main difference is the chip extraction method, and the cutter can also be very large.
