Sanding machine with two abrasive brushes.
The KS-CS double spindle sander reduces labor significantly, with its two sanding heads mounted to a center pedestal. Multiple grits can be set-up on the two sanding heads for a wide variety of sanding applications. The speed and rotation of the sanding heads can be controlled by the variable frequency drive.
User moves the parts across the brushes to sand into the profiles. It is quite easy to operate, but everything is done manually!
Two dust ports for connecting to a dust extractor.
Price includes first set of abrasives.
Abrasives are available in grits 60 - 1200.Sanding strips consists of Tampico brushes and sanding paper can be fit on hubs/cores.
Slotted lamina sanding strips are easy to replace.
Different grits can be used on each spindle.
